    Monsoon cheer: Water table up in Hyderabad mandals

    For a change, the groundwater table in various mandals of Hyderabad district has risen considerably thanks to bountiful rains. Marredpally mandal, which was reeling under severe groundwater depletion till May, has a lot to cheer with groundwater seeing a rise of 2.47 meters above ground level.
